The Onspot mobile App is designed for iOS and Android users to clock in & out from anywhere using their Mobile. The Onspot App allows the employees to report and verify attendance on mobile devices. It uses GPS information, which allows the management to ensure that the right employee is at the right place to work. The application can be connected with the mobile by username and password supported by the OS Bio-Soft server.

The attendance reporting carried out from the mobile device requires a stable internet connection to transfer the reports from the mobile to the server. The Onspot App communicates with the internet network to get the current user location details. Therefore, while reporting the attendance, the current location is also attached along with the attendance record. Hence, the administrator can get each user’s punch location by getting the data from the attendance record. After the mobile app settings confi­gured for the employees in the OS Bio-Soft server, the administrators will provide each employee with an individual mobile account to access the Onspot App. Employees can then download and install the Onspot App in their smart phones (iOS and Android) and carry out various tasks like attendance reporting, viewing or verifying attendance etc.

Onspot App connects to the server of OS Bio-Soft directly and achieves data update with software platform. When logging in as an administrator, four modules are accessible on the main menu, which are Personnel, Access, Visitor, and Parking.In addition, while using as an employee they will able to check their attendance, hour of works and other info for verification.Furthermore, this app also provides system management including logging off, personnel information modification and language setting, which is currently available in Different language options.
